Jenny’s clients find her to be warm, compassionate, and non-judgmental.

As a therapist, Jenny believes that all clients have capacity for growth and change. Her goal is to provide her clients with a safe and supportive space to heal from past experiences, as well as current challenges. Through a collaborative and supportive relationship, Jenny works to find the best therapeutic approach to help her clients feel empowered to move forward in their lives towards positive change.

Jenny has experience working with children, youth, men, and women in variety of settings including non-profit organizations, school settings, private practice, and walk-in counselling centres. Jenny has experience working alongside Child and Family Services, as well as working collaboratively with a variety of professionals including caseworkers, teachers, and psychiatrists.

Outside of counselling, Jenny enjoys spending time with her husband and loves going to the farm or around the river valley with their dog.
