

Tara is passionate about people helping. She first established herself with a Bachelor of Arts in Theology from Briercrest Bible College. Through this experience she realized the importance of personal wellness and balanced living. Because of her desire to help other people to develop balance in their own lives she set out to Trinity Western University, in Langley BC, to attain a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology. Tara is currently a Registered Provisional Psychologist in the province of Alberta.

Philosophy of Therapy:
Tara believes in People Psychology which is the practice of meeting the client where they are at and fitting therapy to the client rather than forcing a client to fit with a certain therapeutic strategy. With this philosophy in mind Tara works with a variety of different individuals on a variety of issues.
Providing care for: individuals, couples, families, men, women, youth.
Tara also enjoys acting as an instructor at Grant Mac Ewan College, and acting as a school counsellor for Fort Saskatchewan Christian School, as well as providing workshops and speaking at community events.
