Play Therapy

Play therapy provides a way for kids to express their experiences and feelings through a natural, self-guided, self-healing process.  Children can enjoy the play therapy process and the child psychologist is able to assess and implement strategies to help the child.

Play therapy can be used for a variety of issues and concerns that children face:

  • childhood disorders
  • mental health issues
  • family difficulties
  • trauma
  • emotion management
  • self-regulation

Used with toddlers, children and some preteens
