Sojourn: Growing in Grief
Sojourn: Growing in Grief is a therapeutic session developed by professionals, for anyone who has experienced losing someone. Our hope is that through this program you, and your loved ones, will find the courage to grow in your personal grief.
Sojourn: Growing in Grief includes
- 2 hours of compassionate support
- Workbook for every one present
- Follow up therapy can be arranged as needed
It can be difficult knowing just what steps will help at a time of personal loss. This is why it is important to reach out during the grieving process. It is okay to ask for help when you are hurting. Sojourn: Growing in Grief is an opportunity to learn coping tools that will support you as you process through your grief. The Growing in Grief workbook is designed as a reference guide as you continue your grief journey.

Sojourn: Soul Care
This is a retreat designed for pastors, active ministry personal, people helpers, and any mature Christian needing an opportunity to refresh their soul with a spiritual retreat.
As people helpers it can become difficult to find ways to take care of your own needs. The busier you are the harder it is to find space to refresh before going on to the next task. This retreat is an opportunity for you to pause and be encouraged, challenged, and recharged.
Sojourn: Soul Care, aims to inspire you through exploration and interaction with the mystic authors, reflection activities, challenges on prayer, practicing your faith, taking care of yourself, and pausing.
Sojourn: Stepping Into Your Marriage
This is a three hour session designed for couples who are planning to get married. In this session couples will learn the strengths and weaknesses they are carrying into their marriage. Personality, family roots, hard issues, wellness & balance, a work book to take home, & suggestions for future growth as a couple.
