Nadia Sokoloski

Registered Provisional Psychologist
M.A. Counselling Psychology

Clients find Nadia knowledgeable, supportive and compassionate.  She works hard to understand the client’s story and see the uniqueness in the client’s difficulties.  Clients find a unique and helpful balance in Nadia’s education in psychology as well as her education in physical education and massage therapy.  Because of Nadia’s diverse education she takes into account the mind-body connection and focuses on how to support clients to establish health, wellness and balance.

Prior to her time at Sojourn Wellness Group Nadia provided counselling services in British Columbia and New York where she excelled at delivering leadership, research assistance, program development and crisis management.

When Nadia is not working she can be found running, painting, travelling and volunteering within the community.

“We ask ourselves, who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, fabulous? Actually, who are you not to be? You are a child of God. You’re playing small does not serve the world... As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others.”
