Sojourn Wellness Group is a Professional Psychology team. We aim to serve all people with professional integrity, we uphold the ethics of our profession and first and foremost we genuinely care about people and as professional counsellors our desire is to help people restore meaning and hope in their lives.

Sojourn Wellness Group offers counselling services for people of all ages and with our team we have the capability to place clients with the appropriate counsellor for their specific needs.

No referral is needed however many doctors, teachers, schools counsellors, pastors, EAPS (employee assistance programs) and government agencies refer individuals to Sojourn Wellness Group.

Our services may be covered by your extended health care benefit plan or may be claimed as a medical expense on your income tax return.
