Amanda believes in a non-judgemental, client-centered approach to therapy. Apart from her work at Sojourn Wellness Group Amanda is also active in her jobs with AHS Addictions and Mental Health. Amanda is very good at understanding and supporting individuals with mental health concerns as well as supporting family members of individuals suffering from mental health illness.
Amanda is motivating and encouraging. Clients find that Amanda’s direct and supportive approach to therapy inspires them to explore their issues, no matter how difficult, and seek out positive change. Amanda’s practice focuses on Adults and young adults.
Amanda is married with two young children.
